As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the Spares order, Service contract and Ad-Hoc service projects in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia PAPI customer. Reporting to the Project Management Group Leader and overseeing all coordinating assigned aspects of the project and supporting Project Managers in the management and execution of the project.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
  • Conducting analysis of planned versus actual service contract performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Service Contract manager
  • Preparing materials and assists in project reviews. Updating project (cost) adjustments approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems
  • Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on service contract or service orders
  • Demonstrating an understanding of HSE terms, concept application, reporting and risks related to the project
  • Defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and drives the updating process
  • Taking ownership for the maintenance and adherence of the billing plan milestones
  • Effectively coordinating related project members in planning and control requirements

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Administration experience
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office software (Word, Excel and Power point),
  • Working knowledge in SAP ERP system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language at a communicative level (email and oral communication)
  • Open to work in a virtual team
