Handle customer who visit walk in center for inquiry, complain, cancellation, claim and premium payment and give resolution to customer
Responsible to monitor escalation to other department related to any issues submitted by walk in customer to get resolution
Achieve KPI and meet SLA of providing resolution to customer’s inquiry and complaint
Provide feedback and/or improvement to Team Leader to have better service and make walk in center more comfortable for customer
Provide feedback and/or improvement to other Customer Service units based on feedback from customer who visit walk in center
