What we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic intern who is eager to learn about fiscal policy in Indonesia. Intern staff will be working closely with the Program Manager to conduct data collection, and attend meetings where they will be asked to take minutes.Intern staff will also be involved in upcoming events and dialogues with relevant stakeholders and assist with current engagement activities.


Intern Requirements:

  • A final year student or recent graduate
  • Eager to learn and work as a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Based in Indonesia, desirable in Jabodetabek

Intern Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager to fulfill tasks set out by the Program Manager and from several departments
  • Assist the manager to attend meetings and take minutes
  • Learn to summarize the latest fiscal policy news and perform data capture at a request
  • Liaise and administrate engagement related to fiscal policy dialogues
  • Any other day-to-day support required related to Oxfam's fiscal policy advocacy
