Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Planning, developing, budgeting, and implementing promotional programs and activities including communication collaterals.
  • Work closely with graphic designer, operational, and merchandising team to ensure Instore promotion and implementation program.
  • Reporting to Marketing Director for promotion programs and goals presentation
  • Planning a whole year communication plan.
  • Creating report for each promo, including sales, advertisement cost, product sold, the highest & the lowest sales date of the promo.
  • Creating partnership with media.
  • Creating trade promotion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Promotion Advertising/Brand Marketing
  • Have experience in retail business
  • Strong in Leadership and Excellent communicator
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skill
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Able to prepare and manage annual budget and monthly forecash for revenues, profits, and marketing expenses
