As Developer Lead in Collection department, you would be responsible for leading a team of developers to build, maintain, and improve web applications used for call center management, field agent management, quality assurance and escalation
Develop solution for business units in Collection Department to improve their business process and efficiency
Ensure the solution are properly developed and delivered on agreed timeline
Cooperate with other teams involved in the development lifecycle process to deliver the solution
Manages system support for production environment (ensure the server have enough resources and minimized downtime, analyze server or application issue and provide fixes ASAP)
Provide supporting tools for Collection helpdesk team to easily handle simple operational issue related to the application
Report, update and communicate development and supporting task progress in ticketing tool and relevant parties
Continuously improve existing solutions by analyzing and implementing improvement on existing system to have better performance, usability, and security and also assisting Collection business and management in development and overall change in Collection management process
Manage Collection Development Team by properly assign tasks to each team member to ensure effective and balanced work
Responsible to ensure updated system documentation
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
3+ years experience as software developer
Experience in Bootstrap, PHP, Java Script, Python
Have technical passion to learn new skills
Excellent analytical mind, supported by having experince in database engineering and data analysis
Good communication skills, with also fluent in English (written/spoken)
Will be an additional advantage if you experience in: Query optimization, Oracle stored procedure
End to end process of software development life cycle
Tools savvy for code review, source code repository, and task management
Call Center & Service experienced (Fresh graduate may apply).
Handling inquiry, complain and request from customer.
Servicing with patient and pleasure.
Remind the payments or conduct collections to debtors who are past the due.
Check collection Platform/management system or Debtor List that must be handled on aâ¦
