About Our Client

The client is a leading global manufacturer of sensors, modules power electronics for the automotive industry.

Job Description

  • Handles the completion of a product launch assignment, and to proactively elevate issues and obstacles from the production, and to lead the launch teams
  • Plan and schedule the overall project, prepare project reports, manage the project budget including controlling expenditures
  • Support and lead the launch projects as per the company's standards
  • Evaluate, develop, design, and maintain manufacturing methods and processes & ensure the work area is as per the regulation and meet the environmental standard
  • Handle the technical and administrative side of the engineering projects, provide help to the maintenance team in machine repair & problem troubleshoot & assist management and engineering team during analysis and planning activities.
  • Create and evaluate launch plans by taking into consideration labour, floor space, work flow and layout with other relevant teams
  • Create and evaluate supplier specification & equipment purchase plans with other relevant teams
  • Introduce new product launches to assigned customer facilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Willing to be relocated in Batam
  • Has 3-5 years of Automotive or Manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & equivalent)
  • Strong track record in circuit & PCB design & circuit simulation tools
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical materials and component
  • Has strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills, has hands-on skills and a problem solver.
  • Willingness to learn and dedicated at work
  • Has experience managing customer relations
