Technical Supply Coordinator





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible to control Spare Part Replenishment program in Engineering Department, starting from request for quotation, PR creation, PO monitoring, until invoicing process completed.
  • Updating KPI dashboard data of Plant Engineering dan Engineering department.
  • Conduct monitoring and analysis of spending operational cost (OPEX) related to cost center under area of responsibility engineering Departement.
  • Register maintenance activity into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS INFOR EAM).
  • Manage Technical Asset Number (Register, Update, & Dispose) using CMMS INFOR EAM.
  • Responsible to manage projects that assign to Plant Engineering coordinator.
  • Act as Storekeeper if needed.
  • Responsible for Engineering Office operations related to stationery.

  • Can speak English well passively
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have knowledge of computer systems (office applications) and databases
  • Has a high flexibility of working hours.
  • Target & customer oriented
  • Can work in teams
  • minimum 1 year in administration / computer
  • minimum D3 Computer graduate
