Responsible to control Spare Part Replenishment program in Engineering Department, starting from request for quotation, PR creation, PO monitoring, until invoicing process completed.
Updating KPI dashboard data of Plant Engineering dan Engineering department.
Conduct monitoring and analysis of spending operational cost (OPEX) related to cost center under area of responsibility engineering Departement.
Register maintenance activity into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS INFOR EAM).
Manage Technical Asset Number (Register, Update, & Dispose) using CMMS INFOR EAM.
Responsible to manage projects that assign to Plant Engineering coordinator.
Act as Storekeeper if needed.
Responsible for Engineering Office operations related to stationery.
