The Company

We’re a global provider of Quality Control and Compliance services. Every year, we deliver some 1 million inspections, audits, and laboratory tests all over the world.

Within our Operations Department, you will be a recognized manager and technical ambassador, and you will work closely with our Sales Department to ensure that clients receive service to our top-notch quality standards

The Job

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager South-East Asia, you will oversee the frontline operations for Quality Inspections in SEA region.
Your main responsibilities will be to:

Supervise and manage a team of quality inspectors, make use of QIMA Key Performance Indicators to monitor their performance and watch our service level.
Act as a trainer and coach, provide guidance and technical support to inspectors and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits.
Constantly challenge our processes and propose related solutions to improve standards of service and prevent internal issues that may impact inspectors’ work quality.
Design workflows and procedures for our front-end operations and cascade them at all applicable level within the organization.
Lead any future investigations to establish whether any claims related to the inspectors’ actions are legitimate. Keep a global objective of improvement while doing so, in line with our service level and claim rate targets.

The Candidate

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

Master’s Degree in Engineering, ideally with Textiles specialization;
Strong familiarity with Quality Management or Product Organization;
A proven track record of minimum 2 years in a successful management role;
Practical experience in performing product inspections and factories audits with a strong desire to improve internal protocols;
Passion for performance management tracking and improve;
Ability to travel in different countries in South Asia to meet your team members and to visit factories;
Excellent written and spoken English.
