Utility Operator





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Operate and monitoring all utilities machine according to it’s standard procedures procedure to comply with cGMP, GEP and safety regulation.
  • Report deviation to standard procedure or system anomaly to Utility operational supervisor or the deputy.
  • Execute regularly documentation system according to standard report procedure with good documentation practice.
  • Collaborate with internal department, external department and 3rd party to achieved reliability and sustainability of utilities supply
  • Implement tooling management and 5R to maintain of working place are secure and comfortable
  • Improve skill abilities and knowledges to operating and troubleshooting of utility machine
  • Support effectiveness result of maintenance performance and continuous improvement implementation.
  • Support stock of consumable material and chemical operational.
  • Speak Up of improvement, efficiency, operational cost savings, spare part efficiency.
  • Identify hazards-risk-impact assessment ( K3L ) related working activities and potential risk of working areas within regulations and safety requirements.
  • Support implementation Environmental Programs and hazards-risk-impact assessment.
  • Support implementation of Internal Audit, investigation of incidents and Management Review hazards-risk-impact assessment.

WHO YOU ARE


  • Be familiar with analysis of the effectiveness Operational in pharmaceutical industry within cGMP, BPOM regulations, occupational health , safety regulations
  • Creative thinking, high work ethic , ready for challenges and able to control conflict and ambiguity
  • Well developed communication and proficiency in both Indonesian and English language (verbal and written).
  • Min have experience in pharmaceutical industries 1 - 2 years/fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with utilities machines, tools or equipment, ( HVAC,Genset, Purified Water System, Compressor, Chiller, Boiler, Electrical, Firefighting)
  • Preferable as Associate’s / Bachelor degree Engineering Mechatronic / Electrical / mechanical
