A chocolate manufacturer in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Craft product positioning and 6P mix for the first product line basis market insights and brand vision
Develop a go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing plan for the launch
Create and execute a marketing calendar to drive growth and brand awareness. Manage all integrated brand campaigns and activities including ideation, budgeting, coordination with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders, implementation and post-campaign analysis to promote new initiatives and maintain brand salience
Identify and implement ideal distribution channels for sales growth and awareness – online and offline
Manage PR and brand reputation, digital marketing, and identify collaborations, cross promotions, KOLs and new partnerships to grow brand
Manage, leverage and grow digital platforms and tools such as loyalty programs, a robust CRM tool and social media to increase sales and customer acquisition and retention.
Continuously analyze sales data to rationalize product mix, craft innovative offer campaigns online and offline while maintaining desired margins and implement geography and outlet-specific campaigns to achieve measurable marketing objectives
Conduct regular competitive strategic analysis, consumer research, market segmentation, and consumer insight development to tailor marketing campaigns with a sales focus
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proven 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
Should demonstrate good organizational abilities, multi-tasking skills and people skills
Must be able to work under pressure and on various projects simultaneously and autonomously
Strong negotiating and analytical skills
Go-getter attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Comfortable with MS Office suite such as Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Must have effective communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Creative and have a good design aesthetic
Understand and able to create a marketing mix and tailored marketing activities across online and offline platforms
Able to conduct in-depth market and consumer research activities and distill actionable insights
