Job Desc :

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan pelayanan pekerjaan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan
  • Membuat Report Harian,Mingguan & Bulanan
  • Mengikuti sertifikasi/penilaian yang di selenggarakan oleh pengelola pelayanan
  • Melakukan analisa dan review recording pelayanan call center
