  • Fluent in english (active).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in garment industry as QA Manager.
  • Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and specific knowledge for relative category.
  • Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving (root cause) skills.
  • Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills; works proactively.
  • Ability to influence all levels of factory management.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
  • Good customer focus.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
  • Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.
  • Good planning and organizing skill.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership skill.
  • Meticulous and diligent attributes.
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
  • Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
  • Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
  • Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
  • Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
  • Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
  • Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
  • Ensure all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
  • Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR.
  • Detect potential issues/problems and provide alternate solutions in production.
  • Ensure the quality of goods and the shipment is on schedule.
  • Make and follow up onsite tracking of CAP/ CAPA & factory assessment if needed.
  • FKR supports buyer quality initiatives at the factory level through processes monitoring; product capability evaluations; performance reporting; bench marking best practices and training factory staffs.
