Job Description

Producing multimedia assets on day-to-day basis with the organic growth team to increase visibility and engagement of blog (on-page and social media assets)

Transforming educational written blog articles into powerful visuals, such as comics, motion graphics, videos or podcasts

Tracking/ documenting daily production progress

Maintaining media database

Creating weekly reports that visualize and present achievements with meaningful insights

Reaching out to potential interviewees, collaborators and thought leaders to create holistic content

Coordinating with blog, SEO and social media leads to ensure all assets are SEO friendly and achieve maximum visibility

Maintaining direct and open interaction with line managers and colleagues to ensure stories created are aligned with the writer’s intent and delivered on time

Carrying out constant evaluation and adjustments to ensure completion and improvement of works

Portfolio:
Multimedia content creation portfolio showcasing a variety of works of different formats (script/ video/ audio) with context/ description

Works created for a variety of social media formats

Team & Growth Mindset:
Passion for education - Will be working cross-functionally with many stakeholders dedicated to education - a pleasure to work with: willing to learn, willing to share

Experience in creating thought provoking content

Interest in science, as well as the arts

Ability to craft thought-provoking content independently and transform them into powerful visuals or audio experiences

Enthusiasm and curiosity in taking on educational stories from other writers

Interest in learning basic Search Engine Optimization for multimedia

Problem solver - focused on how to solve problems

Hustle and growth mindset - prepared to occasionally work long hours and continuously learn new things

Multi-tasking whiz - able to juggle a number of different tasks at once

Interest in acquiring Data driven communication skills in order to effectively share insights and make helpful recommendations

Good proficiency in English
