Persyaratan

Job Description :
Handle user request by collecting detailed user requirements, analyze the requirements, and can give proposed solution
Conduct business and user requirements analysis, mockup and functional specification documentation
Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution
Creating system, documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenario
Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development project
Controls solution by establishing specifications, coordinating production with programmers
Produce Functional Specification and UAT plan, prepare case tests and assist in user training and development preparation for the end users
Define application problem conferring with clients, evaluations procedure, and processes
Provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws encountered Tanggung Jawab
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or related IT fields from leading university.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with Modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), JAVA
Having experience in Software Documentation : BRD, FSD, TSD, UAT
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in finance industry or digital business is preferable
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate with clarity compassion
