Kualifikasi :

  • Pria, Usia max 30 thn
  • Pendidikan manimal D3 Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi/ Teknik Elektro/Sistem Komputer ( atau jurusan komputer lainnya )
  • Mempunyai pengeteahuan sistem cloud server
  • Mempunyai kemampuan dan memahami mengenai proses instalasi layanan Cloud server, Cloud Storage, Web dan Mail Hosting
  • Menguasai cPanel & WHM
  • Menguasai SSL Deployment, SSL Certificate, Storage System, Domain Name, Webserver ( Apache, Ngix )
  • Menguasai Linux dan Windows Server
  • Menguasai Database SQL Server dan My SQL Server
  • Mengetahui pengetahuan dalam Domain Provisioning Process
  • Memiliki analisa yang baik dalam melakukan problem solving, bekerja dalam team.

Tugas :

  • Menyiapkan infrastruktur layanan Managed Services cloud server termasuk web dan mail hosting
  • Membuat dokumentasi terhadap sistem cloud server, serta hal hal yang berhubungan dengan pengaturan operasional
  • Supporting terhadap customer layanan managed services, meliputi layanan cloud computing, web dan mail hosting
  • Installasi, konfigurasi dan pemeliharaan server dan virtual server
  • Melakukan monitoring dan pencatatan terhadap kapasitas server dan virtual server
  • Memberikan informasi dan solusi mengenai teknologi informasi terhadap customer managed services
  • Melakukan otomasi sistem menggunakan management tools yg tersedia
  • Melakukan penanganan atas permasalahan yang terjadi pada server baik software maupun hardware.
