Engage and develop agency relationships with creative or influencer agencies in the SEA region
Build and develop creative guidance and capabilities within the creative agencies’ ecosystem
Managing a portfolio of TikTok’s influencers across SEA markets
Market landscape, competitor & influencer research
Independently provide data analysis and support for leadership
Support and provide creative and strategic input into advertising campaigns and recommendations to clients
Work with various cross functional teams to drive the best creative work on our platform
Bachelor’s degree & above
3-5 years of influencer marketing experience with experience managing influencers/communities
Experience working in a creative/network or social media/influencer agencies. Creative background from advertising, media or agency is a plus
Analytical and quantitative thinking capability
Self-starter, fast learner, multi-tasker. Enthusiastic, proactive, detail oriented
Fluency in English and native in Indonesian
