Get to know the Role
The Logistic Supervisor role in Central Warehouse will be critical to ensure our service is always meeting service level, especially in the middle mile. They will need to have strong leadership skills in coordinating with a wide range of functions, especially warehouse, quality department, Hubs and Logistic Vendors. They will also have to be able to lead large numbers of people and fleet.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Service Level: Ensures that SLA in the middle mile is achieved consistently.
Safety: Have to be the leader for safety and be proactive to develop procedures to ensure our fleet is always safe and free from incidents.
Expansion: Will be the leader to support expansion needed in operation. Have a strong drive, backed up with analytics to ensure the business can expand effectively and efficiently.
Audits: Develop and conduct audits procedure, to ensure all the processes involved always adhere to the SOP and prevent frauds taking place.
Reporting: Generate necessary reports and submit them in a timely manner.
The Must-Haves
Strong leadership and hands-on attitude.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in e-Commerce, FMCG or logistic company.
Experienced in transport & courier management.
Experienced in managing 3rd Party Logistics.
Willing to travel to support expansion and conduct audits.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheet / Google Docs
Experience in using WMS & TMS
