Job Description

Qiscus is a multichannel conversational platform that helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As the importance of real-time communication technology continually increases together with high demands of such services, it has become essential to ensure project development from ideation to completion are delivered on time and produce the desired result. Therefore we need a dynamic and passionate individual to our project management team. Are you the one we are looking for?

What you will do

Support internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
What You Will Bring to the Role

Experienced as project manager or other relevant role in the information technology sector

Understanding of software engineering process methodology (scrum, agile, FSD or XP) is required

Having knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Strong working knowledge of online project management tools.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill

Solid organizational skills
