In this position, you will provide general administrative help and/or clerical assistance at the department and division level. Reporting to the Category Management Lead, you will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The day-to-day tasks are including but not limited to:
- Serve as administrative support for the Category Management Team, to ensure that administrative tasks such as processing/compiling/maintaining documentation, responding to inquiries, etc are delivered accurately, effectively and on time.
- Assist in planning and scheduling individual and group meetings or events and minutes of meeting
- Gather and collect necessary information or data for reporting
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum one-year work experience in a related field, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa (both written and verbal) is mandatory
- Accustomed to using Google services (sheets, docs, slides) and MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- High attention to detail for data entry and good communication skills
- Have a strong willingness to learn
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and can-do attitude
- Having interest in E-commerce and B2B industry is a plus point
