Job Description

Kasual is the first modern e-commerce experience in Indonesia that combines daily wear functionality with personal customization. What You Will Do:

  • Creating daily content and supporting daily task
  • Respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments
  • Developing and generating caption
  • Giving reports about social media's analytics and performances
  • Experience in handling live streaming in TikTok & e-commerce platform (Shopee)
  • Work alongside all departments to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
  • Worked with the social media team to help assist TikTok & Instagram content ideation, content production, and handling KOL.
  • Be one of the faces of our company on TikTok or Reels to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, and follower growth

Requirements:

  • Preferably Final Year or Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, DKV, Social Sciences or any related major from reputable university
  • Having an internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
  • Confidence in front of camera
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc, and find stylish and dynamic ways to promote the clothing and brand's ethos
  • Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Understanding and ability to speak and report on TikTok's KPIs and metrics
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively
  • Willing to WFO in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan for 3 months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible!

Job Type: Internship

Salary: Rp1,500,000 - Rp2,000,000 per year
