Your Role:
Monitor and responsible for day-to-day Warehouse Operation activities align with company policy and standard procedure
Work closely with 3PL officer (3rd Partly Logistic) and monitor and oversee the 3PL KPI performance.
Responsible to prepare weekly and monthly report, by analyzing trends and data in day-to-day warehouse operations to provide doable insight and solutions to the business and stakeholders.
Follow up issues and provide solution to stakeholders
As key person for improvement projects, safety and quality program within the department as well as in local or regional projects.
Support the distribution for Active Pharmacitical Ingridients (BBO) comply with CDOB and GDP.
Who You Are:
At least 3-5 years working in Distribution and Transport Practice on Chemicals or Logistics Company, with bachelor's degree majoring Supply Chain/Distribution/Transportation is preferred.
Proven skills in analytics with strong problem-solving skill.
Advance in Spreadsheet (Ms. Excel)
English fluent (verbal and written) -confident to do presentation for global countries audience.
Willing to work on site up to 30% (Marunda, Jakarta-Utara)
Good understanding in CDOB and GDP is preferred.
Digital savvy
Must be a result driven and willing to go extra miles minded.
Have a good working attitude and personality as well as collaborative with clear communication.
