The Managed Network & Collaboration Services (MNCS) Division Marketing team is looking to recruit a Marketer to drive strategic marketing initiatives for the MNCS division, and plan/implement demand generation campaigns to grow our pipeline and revenue in the Americas/globally.
The ideal candidate is an experienced strategic marketing professional with a deep knowledge of the global managed network and collaboration services marketplace and has an established track record of planning – at both a strategic and tactical level – and executing global marketing campaigns. The candidate should possess an understanding of global Network market demand drivers, and enterprise client business challenges, with the ability to effectively communicate NTT’s differentiated value proposition to target market segments and buyer personas, driving leads at multiple levels of funnel activity and drive demonstrable pipeline for the top countries.
This person should be highly collaborative and be able to work effectively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
The role will require extensive engagement with the Content and Digital Marketing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), the Portfolio Marketing COE, the Insights COE, the Regional Marketing leaders and the MNCS Division product marketing team to plan, implement and measure the impact of the marketing campaigns in support of our global and regional strategy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic marketing leader/SME globally in support of MNCS: 1) building out the MNCS value proposition and differentiation in partnership with divisional Product Marketing, 2) engaging with Analyst Relations to support participation in key analyst studies/briefings/conferences, 3) driving MNCS content (Web, social, Sales, customer-facing, thought leadership, case studies) creation to elevate positioning, and 4) serving as point for key global MNCS campaigns.
  • Act as an evangelist for the MNCS Division, driving mindshare both internally and externally. Act as MNCS conduit and build relationships with key personnel across Sales and Marketing.
  • Partner with Divisional product marketing and input ideas into global content editorial calendar, produce content and manage distribution across channels
  • Support driving MNCS-specific/geo targeted social media activity for divisional social media pages in conjunction with the Corporate Communications CoE.
  • In partnership with Sales Enablement/Sales Operations, deliver MNCS enablement content and training to Sales teams globally.
  • Demand generation – plan and deliver MNCS services-led GTM marketing campaigns, utilizing resources within COE and Regions demand structures.
  • Leverage the global marketing plan to develop regional Marketing plan for MNCS in the Americas, in conjunction with divisional leadership, divisional product marketing and regional marketing teams.
  • Drive the Americas’ services division marketing lead generation and pipeline number. Responsible to build/update the divisional demand generation campaign calendar for the Americas.
  • Ensure representation of Division campaign needs within regional marketing plan.
  • Track performance in achieving business goals. Consistently measure and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI and provide dashboard reporting to key divisional stakeholders. Drive campaign optimization based on results.
  • Utilize and share best practices across regional teams and COEs

Education, Training and Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in a marketing team with a focus on strategic marketing and demand generation campaigns, both traditional and digitally based campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of the global Networking industry
  • Proven track record of success in multiple field marketing roles.
  • Client-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the client to match internal business goals and objectives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign implementation.
  • Experience with data-led campaign planning, segmentation and leveraging propensity to buy modelling.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software tools
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) with a good understanding of the Sales and Marketing functionality within these tools.
  • Good data analysis and market segmentation skills
