YOUR TASKS

  • Provide report and monitor daily activities of Retail Outlet Leader in timely manner (attendance, daily cash report, supply checklist report, petty cash reconcile, gimmick report, or any other required report from Retail Supervisor).
  • Providing schedule/staffing replacement of Retail Outlet Officer at respective area and Conduct visit to Service Points to ensure outlet standard guideline implemented.
  • Assist Retail Outlet Officer to handle customer queries and complaint, maintain quality customer service for customer satisfaction through optimized processes, giving feedback to country retail team, and conducting retail audit reviews within their specified area.
  • Liaise closely with Operations to ensure pick up times are met, and all supplies are delivered on time on respective area.
  • Assist Retail Supervisor to source the most cost efficient local contractors and suppliers for the proper maintenance of store operations and maintain quality of retail experience, if needed liaise with Branch Manager.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and recommend tactics to counter any emerging threats by competitors on respective area.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major with related experience
  • Experience in Retail Sales
  • Experience in leading a team
  • English and Bahasa communication skill (written & spoken)
  • Willing to work with high mobility around Jabodetabek area.
