Job Description

Take inbound calls or email inquiries from customers or clients.

Assist them, in Indonesian/English language, regarding our product and service.

Must meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements.

Ensure proper documentation of activities in solving problems, requests from clients and/or if any actions taken.

Handle customer/client's complaints, claims and queries.

Doing any requested tasks as ordered by user.
Preferably Single, max. 27 years old.

Experienced in the same field.

Ability to start immediately.

Strong detail oriented, initiative attitude & willing to learn.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.

Have strong customer service skills.

Able to work in shifting hours.
