As Campaign Analyst, you will be building strong rapport and delivering analysis and insight into campaign and promo performance for GrabMart.
Job Purpose
Part of the Indonesia GrabMart Campaign team, to grow the business by providing actionable insights and deep analysis to build the right campaign
The Day-to-Day Activities
Deliver in-depth analysis of campaign data to provide insight and an understanding in to campaign and promo performance
Provide detailed reports on how campaigns have performed, making recommendations for improvements
Work closely with Project Planning, Operations, Finance and Analytics teams to build dashboards and other reporting tools based on business needs
Continuously driving to improve data quality and identify new opportunities
Work closely with Project Planning to provide financial projections for new campaigns
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business team
Keep up to date with activity and trends in relevant sectors and markets
The Must-Haves
3+ years of relevant experience in analytic/data focused role
Proven ability to analyze data, spot trends and identify opportunities
Advance experience in Excel and SQL
Experience in start-up industry or any relevant fields with fast-paced environment
Result focus and commercially/business driven
Strong communication and presentation skills, confident and proactive
A self-starter and independent learner who takes ownership for tasks on-hand and initiative to challenge the status quo
Able to communicate fluently in English, including reading/writing
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
Preferred location: Jakarta
