Key responsibilities

  • Has responsibility for all customer service activities within assigned scope in Ocean.
  • Manages and supports the team and drives the team's performance including the customer experience delivery.
  • Develops a professional and customer-focused team through role modelling, leadership and coaching
  • Drives commercial intelligence within own team
  • Attends regular or ad-hoc joint sales calls with sales teams to provide better service to customers
  • Drives continuous improvement of process performance and team efficiency
  • Provides support to global and local initiatives and projects
  • Actively contributes to the local management team-share views
  • Has ideas and experiences on how to further improve team, departmental performance and customer experience

We are looking for

  • Must have experience in Customer Service especially in B2B businesses
  • Possess good people management qualities – ability to lead a team
  • Must be people oriented and have high interest in numbers (ability to perform analysis)
  • Have strong initiatives, confidence, and passion with work
  • Experienced in stakeholder management
  • Have open personality – flexibility working in new environment
  • Customer centric and has the ability to maintain good rapports with customers
