Skills & Requirements
Have good Spanish communication skills.
Have excellent English communication skills is preferable.
IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scraper, etc).
Ability to learn company-specific software if required.
Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines.
Proficient typing and transcription
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic Research and Data collection skills.
Fast learner
Preferable to have a good understanding of English semantics.
Able to use Zendesk/Shopify is preferable.
Having CS background experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
Assist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints.
Identify issues.
Give the clients/customers information about the products and services.
Having a good understanding of web design, slicing psd to html - wordpress is a plus.
A good understanding of web API, REST API, CMS, PHP, MySQL, Wordpress,â¦
Ensures that guests' stay at the hotel runs smoothly, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times thanks to his/her thorough knowledge of the hotel.
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
