Lead a team of Front Office professionals, ensuring guest experience is at the forefront at all times.
Improve and enhance guest experience throughout their stay in creative and engaging ways.
Participate in the recruitment of new team members.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
Work Experience
Demonstrated experience leading a team in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Passion for guest service and delighting our guests and team members.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues and streamline hotel processes.
A minimum of 2 years professional experiences in an upscale commercial hotel
Strong customer service experience
Knowledge in systems such as Rhapsody & FOLS
