Job Purpose and Impact
The Reliability EIA Engineer will apply technical knowledge to design, develop and maintain overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase production quality, efficiency and volume for the business and also apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will perform activities related to electrical engineering to enable projects and improve our capabilities by providing engineering support for the organization and will partner with the team to ensure the fulfillment of reliability engineering strategies. Key Accountabilities
Apply general knowledge of principles, terms and practices of the electrical engineering discipline to support the design and build of safe and reliable operations.
Responsible to coordinate and provide direct support and delivery of services for an operation with EIA supervisor
Execute and support electrical engineering standards and deliverables in capital projects.
Execute the development, design and installation of electrical predictive maintenance program and technology in alignment with the area procedures.
Prepare technical reviews of projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
Perform the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
Collaborate with, and provide guidance to, maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
Developing and managing stand Standard Work Instruction for Electrical equipment according to Cargill Job-Aids
Lead and conduct high level root cause analysis (RCA) for fixed asset failures
Providing daily support as needed to the maintenance EIA
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum of two years of related work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Solid knowledge in the application of reliability tools
Knowledge in maintenance process management
Project management experience
Experience creating complex tests and analysis
Demonstrated working knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
5+ years Electric Power distribution design and maintenance experience.
Experience with predictive technologies (MCA, vibration, infrared, ultrasound, machinery lubrication).
Experience with electrical power equipment testing.
Basic understanding of IEC standards and ISA standards
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of creatives, media planners/buyers, and strategists to develop amazing social content for the Indonesian market.
