Job Description

Drive revenue and market share in a defined customer segment.

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Hire, build, manage and mentor a commercial team.

Lead internal projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic development

Accelerate customer adoption.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.

Manage contract negotiations.

Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Required experience at B2B business process
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4-8+ years of technology related sales or business development experience.

4-10 years of sales management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree required.

Knowledgeable about inside sales, as well as interfacing with partner and field marketing peers

A technical background manufacturing ,logistics , and other B2B segment is a plus

Direct field & management experience in working with Commercial accounts.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Extensive customer network.

Strong leadership skills, outcome-oriented thinking
