Job Description

The Operations Administration is a developing professional role. A combination of the office administration/support and accounting operations which is essential and critical for the company. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business support in terms of coordination and arrangement of events
  • Perform management for the Board of Director and Board of Commissioner meeting, from prepare and consolidating material, scheduling, attendance and maintaining MoM
  • Maintain correspondence of the company internally and externally
  • Maintain the legal documentations of the company
  • Perform the office support management of the company
  • Perform account payable management of the company, which involves payment to third party internally and externally related to the company operational requirements. This includes the scheduling, and the preparation.
  • Independently posts/balances books of account, such as cashbook, general journal, sales book, purchase register, fixed asset, amortization, and general and subsidiary ledgers for the company
  • Analyzes financial reports, statements & records. As this is required to perform the resolution of the reconciliation activities which required to ensure the check and balance.
  • Uses discretion to make recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets and expenditures. Independently researches and interprets factual information.
  • Identifies inconsistencies in data/results, defines business issues and makes recommendations on policies and procedures.
  • Applies good knowledge of industry practices and standards. Exchanges information in a concise and logical way and is sensitive to audience diversity.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Perform management of Bank relation for accounts and facility, also Bank accounts which used by the company.
  • Provide backup for finance team on the tax management.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Willing to take ownership
  • Coordination and leadership skill to lead and follow up
  • Tax background will be beneficial

  • Bachelor’s degree
