Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Experience in any of the following: BFSI, travel, business-to-business (B2B) sales, offline/online retail, communications, marketing or managing end-to-end efficiency on operations/growth for a particular project
  • Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia fluently


Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in managing insights, analytics, client management or consulting oriented projects driving customer success across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing complex, transformative solutions with clients
  • Experience in analytical, problem solving projects
  • Ability to operate analytically to understand client needs
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, passion to create, and share best practices to encourage a learning-by-sharing culture
  • Exceptional project management skills

Our primary objective is to drive Customer Success through strategic partnerships across multimedia messaging service (MMS) at scale, utilizing our team’s diverse in-depth cross-product expertise and customized client solution's, helping advertisers achieve their top-line Customer/Marketing objectives.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will partner with our in-market Sales partners to build long-term value for our Mid-market segment of advertisers and ensure they are getting the most of their Google Ads investment. You will work closely with our global Sales teams to drive strategic partnerships, client strategies, offering optimal solutions, and help them reach thousands of qualified users. You will help clients meet their business goals via comprehensive product Solution Design, Opportunity Assessment, Headroom Sizing, coordinate effective Customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Optimization as well as Measurement and Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive decision-making and thought-leadership with Sales in enabling business/performance growth through systematic interventions and also ensure the client portfolio sustains effective business growth.
  • Develop advanced frameworks and customer solutions (e.g., offline conversion tracking (OCT), online to offline (O2O), lifetime value (LTV), solid-state drive (SSD)) and help activate these with the right customers for long-term trust and value.
  • Be the go-to-person and subject matter expert in your region/business model. Elevate multi-quarter projects by pitching/suggesting new proposals and lead project planning, project groups, and execution.
  • Support the Management in advocating culture for the Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) team, providing coaching and/or mentorship, and act as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders in driving critical business discipline activities.
  • Driving high impact across strategic multi-dimensional problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
