Persyaratan
Female, Max. 25 years old
Min. SMU / SMK All Majors
Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant
Attractive appearance, clean, thorough, honest, agile, willing to learn and work with a team.
Able to computer literature : Ms. Offices, Mail & Internet Application.
Good Looking & Good Personality
Able Communication in English would be an advantage
Preferably domicile in Narogong - Bekasi and surroundings
Willing to be placed in Narogong KM 12.5 Bekasi – Jawa Barat Tanggung Jawab
Clean and tidy up the cashier area which includes: cashier desk, cashier computer, printer, floor, flower vase (if any), and cashier area trash can
Ensure that the cashier's computer and printer are functioning properly. Immediately report to the supervisor or captain waiter if an error is found in the cashier program (POS) and/or the printer.
Check and recalculate cashier's capital money and change or fractions that function as change
Make transactions well, friendly, fast, and accurate
Answering incoming calls properly according to the SOP for receiving calls
Recording customer orders clearly and correctly in the order book:
Name, address and telephone number of consumers
The date the order was received
Date the order must be executed
Down payment or down payment (if any)
Coordination with the supervisor or captain waiter if there is a complaint or complaint from a consumer or customer to be followed up quickly and accurately.
Record and store items belonging to guests or consumers left in the restaurant. Write it down in the leftovers book. Restaurant cashiers must have this book

Close the cash register:
Wash cashiers or clean transactions are done at the end of each shift
Calculation of sales and expenses is carried out with the supervisor or captain waiter. If there is accounting in your restaurant, then do a cashier recap with restaurant accounting
Handover of capital with the next cashier for the morning shift, and handover of capital with the supervisor or captain waiter for the cashier on the last shift at the time of closing or closing the restaurant.
