REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years of managing performance-based marketing for a mobile game or application.
Expert knowledge on mobile ad buying, ad networks, and exchanges
Proven data analysis and advanced Excel skills
Strong ability to identify, adjust and optimize campaigns based on data analysis and intuition that help support top line revenue growth
Experience working with UA tools that track performance, attribution, and cost
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the ability to provide clear recommendations to Product Manager and Marketing Lead
Understanding of mobile gaming, live-service operations and free-to-play is a major plus
