Responsibilities

  • Design Project Management for Manual Hack Project to support operational wise.
  • Build Capacity and set up team for stability operation.
  • Driving the Manual activity team to achieve scorecard target.
  • Supervise and coach supervisor to deliver support excellence standard.
  • Review issues within day to day operational processes and come up with actionable solutions.
  • Continue learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member's skills development.
  • Build Analysis from the scratch for continuity improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or quantitative major.
  • Understand about lean concept.
  • Experienced with working with very large datasets.
  • Experience in managing multiple full cycle project.
  • Able to work in ambiguous situation and enjoy experimental.
  • Able to work on tight timeline.
  • Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results.
  • Experienced from Consulting will be a plus.
