Job Description

Key Responsibility
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience in troubleshooting operating system problems is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 administration is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in other IT infrastructure components, for example, server, Windows Server, Virtualisation, network, middleware, etc is an advantage.
  • Good communication in English
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Monitoring and maintaining collaborative tools
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
