We are looking for a group or company with more than 3 years of experience in providing corporate/organization team building for Oxfam in Indonesia Staff. Since April 2020, the Oxfam office remains work from home until further notice due to global pandemic. Staff needs to adjust the way of working including coordination across units through online platform as well as the travel restriction while the projects still needs to be completed as planned. Staff have been struggling with high workload and may impact to their live. This is understandable that staff need to take a break from their daily activities and conduct wellbeing event virtually to bring more synergy and connect with each other apart from work related activities.
To achieve Oxfam's mission, capable leadership is needed at all levels. Oxfam wants to support all the staff to improve their leadership practices and define their own leadership journey. The retreat is focusing on the leadership also as for Oxfam leadership is essential when talking about culture and especially in Oxfam will be the basic to face the change.
After one year more working from home, the staff are only connected virtually and longing to meet each other. The retreat is expected to reframe individual staff contribution/commitment/spirit as everyone plays an important role in the success of the organization.
The retreat is expected to have team building program to bound the staff each other after a year separate while working from home. Thus, a consultant needed to provide the program by conducting various fun, relaxing, and engaging activities to strengthen team spirit, gain mutual trust, and collaboration among staff members.
