Division Head, Associate and Senior Consultant will be involved in providing human capital services to our international and local national clients portfolio. You will be responsible for the implementation of a principled actuarial approach/methodology in the field of work. The Associate and Senior Consutant positions report to the VP and will have direct responsibility for the following human capital teams:

Provide management of portfolio of clients and deliver high quality human capital services
Assess human capital risk and understand the client's business
Maintain the highest technical and professional standards
Provide additional assistance and guidance to clients on a consultation basis
Participants in the development of ways to meet client needs
Identify ways to maximize relationships with clients
Monitor and control staff human capital consultant
Guiding staff human capital consultant to improve their knowledge
Seen as role models of public human capital professionals
