Division Head, Associate and Senior Consultant will be involved in providing human capital services to our international and local national clients portfolio. You will be responsible for the implementation of a principled actuarial approach/methodology in the field of work. The Associate and Senior Consutant positions report to the VP and will have direct responsibility for the following human capital teams:

  • Provide management of portfolio of clients and deliver high quality human capital services
  • Assess human capital risk and understand the client's business
  • Maintain the highest technical and professional standards
  • Provide additional assistance and guidance to clients on a consultation basis
  • Participants in the development of ways to meet client needs
  • Identify ways to maximize relationships with clients
  • Monitor and control staff human capital consultant
  • Guiding staff human capital consultant to improve their knowledge
