About the Role

As an Operations BI Analyst, you will have tons of data to play with. From voices of customers, transactional information, internal processing TAT, just to name a few. You will be dealing with dashboards, MIS reports and even take part in experimentation to determine the best operational strategy. You will have close interactions with multiple stakeholders not just within the Operations team, but also other teams in GoTo Financials Services.

What You Will Do

  • Become a master of all Operations related data points
  • Manage all Operations dashboards and MIS reports, to ensure that it is available timely and accurately
  • Provide analytical insights to support all stakeholders
  • Support Operations BI Chapter Lead in executing any Operations experimentation
  • Analyze, Evaluate, and Initiate improvement in our day-to-day operation to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability

What You Will Need

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with experience in project management and data analytics
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command in SQL, Excel, and highly proficient in working with numbers and data sets (Knowing Python and automating job is a big plus)
  • Ability to work independently with good time management skill in collaboration with cross-functional groups to drive initiatives that aim at achieving OKR
  • A big-picture thinker to one who is also detail-oriented and can navigate through different situations/topics
