Job Description

Respond to user inquiries or complaints from our channel (email/whatsapp/instagram/google play console) to provide information, handle problems and complaints.

Record, document and manage administration of user service activities via Freshdesk.

Solve customer problems and provide win-win solution) for customer issues

Provide regular report for tickets and performance
Service Excellence oriented

Familiar with using e-mail, Whatsapp, Microsoft Office. Plus point if has a hand-on experience of ticketing software.

Able to solve or help user problems via live chat/email.

Able to summarize issues via weekly/monthly report

Able with contract 3 month only (replace maternity leave)
