Key Accounts Management
Foster relationship with brands and key sellers within the product category.
Sharing your current take of brand positioning
Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
Drives sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
Prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential
Campaign Team
Formulate and run campaigns for target consumers
Work directly with the category team, onsite, traffic, and marketing channels to drive sales.
Analyze past performance to find trends.
Create relevant campaigns to engage customers based on performance and market trends.
Working closely with onsite and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
Plan category traffic optimization through search, CRM, and other channels.
Analyze and create campaign reports on a weekly basis
Commercial Operations
Boost commercial horizontal strategy & performance across verticals.
Responsible for initiating and driving growth strategy
Identify and manage risks and root causes of issues and develop practical solutions
Establish and spearhead multiple initiatives & key programs with roadmaps, milestones, timeline and achievements
Liaising with cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of business strategies
Constantly working in data driven approach to identify improvement area and drive changes

Extensive experience (+3 years) preferably in eCommerce, retail, technology, consulting, banking/finance/fintech, or FMCG company
Strong connection & network to main distributors and brands
Have maintained a credible reputation and strong relationships amongst suppliers and other members of the industry
The ability to help craft and independently execute buying strategies
Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent time management skills
Well versed in Ms. Excel, Knowledge in SQL, Phyton, R-Language, VBA is advantage
Able to manage key account and supervise contract worker.
