This function will be reporting to the Process Engineer and will be based at Firmenich Indonesia Cileungsi Plant, West Java.

Key Responsibilities:
In English:

Assure that product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, reproducible and economically.
Coordinate manufacturing site industrial sample validation and product scale up validation with creation, quality and manufacturing team
Drive site manufacturing process optimization and manufacturing complexity reduction with creation, quality and manufacturing team
Create & develop manufacturing instruction for new products, provide process knowledge training to manufacturing team
Support root cause investigation and troubleshooting on process and product related non conformances
To perform other jobs assigned by line manager

We value:

Polytechnic or bachelor’s degree with major in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering or related subjects.
Minimum of 3 years of flavor/fragrance manufacturing experience or equivalent.
Positive work attitude, teamwork spirit, attentive to detail
Good analytical skills, organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
Good speaking, writing and reading in English
