Supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR Information System
Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS
Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS
Bachelor Degree from all major - minimum experience 2 years in related field
Having knowledge in Information System or Information Technology is preferable
Having knowledge about SunFish or Success Factor (HR Information System) would be an advantage
Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry.
Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
