Job Description

Leading overall project planning and tracking of milestones across all workstreams to achieve the desired business outcomes

Prioritize process and system improvement projects, set clear project objectives, milestones, and timelines, and lead the team to execute the projects in a timely manner

Designing warehouse capacity models and developing solution design models

Planning and executing (end-to-end) multiple warehouse expansion projects

Initiating automation solutions for conveyor system
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Warehouse / Supply Chain role

Minimum 3 years as a project leader

Strong background and passionate about warehouse project and operations (experienced in automation or digitization)

Knowledgeable in WMS, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive and SQL is highly desirable

Excellent project management skills with great speed and accuracy

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with all levels of stakeholders

Relevant professional certification such as PMP, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, IATA DG will be advantageous

Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
