Job Description

Public Affairs Senior Associate
The ideal candidate must have at least 4-6 years of community management and/or communications experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Onboard and nurture our seller & user communities as well as maintain their growth within our ecosystem
  • Provide value to the community beyond products or services
  • Obtain feedback and gather ideas from customers and audiences through real conversations
  • Create impactful positive engagement about the company through online and offline activities
  • Compile information about trends in the industry, regulation, competitors, as well as potential key opinion leader
  • Create timely and engaging content or event optimized for platform used and intended audience
  • Create social media strategy to build a good reputation for Tokopedia


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Communications/Political Science/Management or with 4-6 years of related experience; and extensive knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
  • Experience in developing community, both offline and online
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, and desire to work in a
  • fast-paced team environment
  • Results-oriented individual with exceptional judgment, self-confidence, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively, both in conceptual and visual approaches and in problem-solving
  • Skilled in generating and maintaining databases, analyzing tools/metrics, and thorough
  • Highly customer-focused.
