Purpose of the job is to set up the entire production system for Steel Wire Solution manufacturing and manage the manufacturing activities with estabilished objectives to optimized all production targets of output, quality, maintenance, safety, productivity and profitability. Support production activities by providing technical support and project implementations for Steel Wire Solution and to set up the process part related to internal & global project.

Your main accountabilities are:

Contributes to projects to solve technical problems by statisticaly study, conduct, follow up certain project to improve production performance

Contributes in implementation of quality system participating in audit, actively lead and involve in TQM, in order to improve quality system & improvements

Ensure operation is running smoothly and optimaly by follow up production & process paramentes. Ensure realization of targets relating to output, quality, maintenance, safety, productivity, profitability and reports to Operational Manager. Manage inventory of Raw Material and finish goods in efficient manner through good coordination between Warehouse, Planner, and Production

Developing, training, coaching all production member, ensure their skill matrix appropriate with their job description and update

Assist Production/ manufacture Manager in solving problems in production and technical

Contributes to produce new product and new grade or new supplier wire rod

Actively involved in environmental activities and environmental issues in their area are well managed

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Metalurgy Engineering with 4-5 years of experience as Production Assistant Manager or related
Having thorough knowledge of production processes and process parameters, products and machines, wire qualities and applications
Good leadership and have initiative for improvement action
Have good analytical thinking, proactive, teamwork, and good communication skills
Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office.
