We are looking for Plastic Component & Tooling Senior Engineer to make an impact!

What will you do?

  • Define needs of new tool (renewal, capacity, productivity, localization) in each year and review quarterly
  • Launch tools with technical and financial study then follow up according to the needs and schedule
  • Continuously monitor execution of projects
  • Buy off new tools, keep all related document and establish the maintenance plan
  • Follow tool condition and perform tooling appraisal periodically
  • Maintain tooling database via Vendor Tooling Management.
  • Support CS&Q, SCM, Production, Technical and Purchasing team for tooling aspects
  • Provide technical support to the factories
  • Ensure the robustness of our parts and tooling developed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tooling, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent
  • 5 years in tool making or part fabrication process, Surface treatment (decorative), and plastics molding, tooling and machine maintenance
  • Component cost structure, Mechanical Design, Continuous improvement and Kaizen
  • Tooling management skills, Material selection, Engineering drawing (ISO8015), plastics molding process, tooling and machine maintenance
