JOB TITLE: Commercial Operation Finance Analyst - Permanent

FUNCTION: Finance

SUB FUNCTION: Finance - Operations

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Support on the Treasury & AP related activities of Bentoel Group to ensure that the activities are executed in accordance with company SOP and as per the requirement of corresponding stakeholders.


Reports to: Corporate Finance Manager - Treasury

Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

The role is based in Malang Office and the responsible to:


  • Coordinate with relative stakeholders on invoice & payment processing
  • Monitoring company corporate card and its expenses were record accordingly
  • Perform Petty Cash reconciliation and following up on overdue cash advance
  • Support on Loan and FX dealing documents with the banks
  • Support on SOx (Sarbanes-Oxley) implementation for AP Treasury area
  • Coordinate with Shared Services on any invoice troubleshooting
  • Collecting data for insurance forecasting and claim handling.
  • Finance & functional business partners – Collaborate to provide end to end finance delivery for end markets
  • Finance Shared Services Centre – Establish & monitor effective operating procedures to deliver end to end invoice & payment services
  • External Vendor – respond to queries and requests for information
  • External Banks – liaise on any documentation requirements and requests for information
  • Insurer – assisting for any evidence needed in the relation to insurance claim


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent, preferable from Accounting or Finance, with minimum 2 years experiences in Accounting

Finance position

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • SAP Knowledge is preferred
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open minded, attention to detail and enthusiastic to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate in English
