Job Description:

Responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration on a daily basis and timely financial closing on a monthly basis, with minimum late adjustments
Produce financial statements or other financial reports as required by management
Ensure finance closing is done within Tokopedia Group timeline, with a minimum late adjustment
Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of monthly and yearly financial statements
Establish process within Finance and Accounting team to ensure efficiency and effective closing process
Analyze financial impacts of new business cycle/products and ensure the appropriate recordings in financial statements
Analyze the effect of accounting practices and studies regulations/guidance to ensure the appropriate application of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS
Assist with Financial Audit, to ensure satisfactory audit results and compliance
Develop and document accounting policies, financial processes, and procedures
Make recommendations for improvements as needed

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Robust knowledge of Indonesian GAAP
Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial closing cycle, financial reporting, and analyzing and enhancing financial systems and controls
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated to meet and exceed expectations
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firm is a plus
Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
