Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in achieving insurance premium target by looking for new business/renewal.
  • Responsible to and must coordinate with Head Office regarding the branch’s operational.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • 3 years of experience in management level or 2 years of experience as branch manager in general insurance company
  • Breakthrough and sales-oriented
  • Ability to build a broad network with prospective/existing clients.
  • Ability to handle/lead the business
  • Ability to arrange business strategy/sales target
  • Business and target oriented
  • Have a critical analysis of customers’ needs
  • Placement in Jakarta/Bali/ Palembang
